Not at all. I love it. Simple..with healthy ingredients. I am faaaar from an Instagram model, celebrity, etc. I don’t do make up, fashion, etc. I am an average Nubian beauty, mid age, gma lol. It has made improvements in my skin. Minimize spots, discoloration and wrinkles, etc. not over drying and SIMPLE. I can honestly say I see a difference in my skin tone and texture. And a lil goes a loooong way. I purchased beginning of may..I am just now re ordering my moisturizer. Got about a half bottle of fat and half tube of cleanser..and that’s washing 2x a day...I just received the overnight moisturizer which I will be trying tonight. Personally...for me...it works. I have normal skin with minimal break out. I recommend it!
Yes I love the Fat Water, the sunscreen made my face itchy and stop using it after 1st week. I am an older woman and I did notice how the Fat water shrunk my pores. Thanks for the review

Mineral sunscreen is trash and makes dark skin look gray/purple. I appreciate Rihanna for making a sunscreen that deep dark skin tones can use and absorb directly into their skin.

Very informative! I've avoided using sunscreen for years because I always have an allergic reaction with any moisturizer containing SPF. And now I know it could possibly be from the chemicals. I didn't know there were mineral SPF products. Thank you for being so informative and detailed. Love your channel!

I think the reason behind her using the chemical vs mineral is more so on the usda side. It's a long hauled out process and probably would've took her years before it would've dropped. Again, just my assumption. I too won't be using the moisturizer and kind of still on the fence about the toner serum combo because of the witch hazel but I'm going to give it a try. Fingers crossed
Being darker skinned I prefer the chemical sunscreen other than that I would not wear sunscreen, because of the white cast The cleanser is great at removing makeup I love the entire line

I don't usually have breakouts and its crazy but after using fenty skin my face started to break out. I had the starter kit and the night time moisturizer. Even I started using one product at a time to see which one was the culprit and it seems ike it was just the face wash that made my skin break out. I also have sensitive skin and the site claims its good for sensitive skin but for a little while when I would wash my face at night and then put on the night time cream my skin would start burning. It doesn't do that if I use a different cleaner and the nighttime cream. I'm a little disappointed because I was excited to use it. I'm trying to decide if I want to keep it. I think the fat water was my favorite product.

Plus, I have hormonal acne, and sometimes new products can cause flares 🙄 But I just started using it. I’m going to replace it with my current morning routine and see how it goes 🤞🏽

Please note that sunscreen and coral reefs although it’s the newest eco fad does not damage the reef as much as silt runoff, on a scale of 1 to 100, sunscreen is like .000001 whereas silt run off (caused by construction) is 100

Hello you should try black girl sunscreen ( that’s the actual name of it) it’s mineral and doesn’t leave a white cast and affordable. I love it. They have spf 30 and a matte spf 45. Try it out
My skin has been breaking out so much since November. I blame the cold weather.. but I have Fenty makeup and I'm thinking the Fenty skincare HAS to be good. I haven't seen a bad review yet...

Says toner serum doesn’t require any cotton pads, so it is good for the environment (yay), proceeds to use make-up wipes; which are x2 times worse than cotton pads. No shade, just an observation!

I love your videos, but the terms you are using regarding suncreens are making cringe. Minerals are chemicals - I am a PhD chemist and this hurts my heart. You mean using mineral chemicals vs. organic chemicals. There are issues with each.
@Deborah Lee I think she’s going more off of what works and doesn’t work for her. I really like the Black Girl Sunscreen and I think it has some chemicals in it but only the good chemicals. Because no I’m not a chemist but I did research the good and bad from different types of chemicals. Have you ever heard of that product?
I have super oily skin and I honestly love the Fenty Skin line. I have the cleanser, the toner/serum, the spf moisturizer and overnight renewal cream. I use it twice a day, everyday, and my skin isn’t so oily throughout the day!
I had to stop applying the fat water toner all over my face because i ended up looking like a grease ball all day. Now i just put it on my neck and chin/jaw area where most of my dark spots are anyway and use a different toner for the center of my face. I have mixed feelings about the mineral/chemical spf. I love my tatcha mineral spf but i sometimes forget to put it on after my moisturizer before work thats why i got the fenty 2in1 even though it was chemical. I havent had any issues with my hormonal acne so far after using it for a few weeks so ill finish it. Idk if ill rebuy it though.

Great review, I been using the moisturiser for over a year and really like it, had no issues and reasonably priced considering it's RiRi"s brand.

I use lukewarm water. Nothing too hot because it can cause skin sensitivity and strip the natural oils. Then pay dry!! (: hope that helped

Most cleansers aren’t meant to double cleanse so you probably want to go in with an oil cleanser beforehand just to be sure all the makeup is off
La'Cori Netter so that’s another caveat for this line.
no cleanser can remove ALL traces of makeup, so I definitely suggest pre cleansing
