I tried the first exercise and this hurdling stuff. It´s so exhausting but great work out - nice video. You can take a lot of tipps from it :)). Keep training your body will thank you for it ;))

You'll see at Eleiko Sports that they are 5 kg a piece. Still, whatever she's doing is obviously paying off... beautiful girl
I read her weight is 161 lbs (73 kg) but damn if she looks like this then she is as perfect as she could ever be to me. Don't think any guy would mind her being more heavy than himself.
Being a natural born athlete is good, but you also need a good training regiment to fine tune your skills. Nature & training always breeds a winning combination.

Check out the CrossFit Games girls and you will see a demonstration of power and low body fat percentage - I want to see her get that work capacity and take it to the hill...
To address the problems: Those "squats" are not at/below parallel, and at the most are 5kilo plates - meaning she is squatting a whole 90lbs!!! Don't believe me - watch 2:06 to 2:11 - you don't almost lose a 45lb+ plate then grab a 135lb bar off a persons back, while giggling "tee hee"! A professional athlete should be much more powerful with a sled with 45lbs on it, and should have lower body fat percentage (evidenced by her absence of shoulder / ab definition).
@harrison4hire you confuse looking ripped and being in shape. i am very sure he can blow away many people who look photoshopped (think non-athlete celebrities)
All of your camera work is done to impress yourselves, not to help the viewer appreciate the material. First, don't show the speaker talking--it's the athlete we want to see, and we don't have to look at the speaker to hear him. Second, show a whole person exercising in relation to the weights or floor targets that she is using. Do not just show lets, or upper body; do not move the camera; do not use the zoom lens. All of these suggestions are being made so that the viewer can see your material without its being interrupted by useless, ostentatious camera work.

Bernard Houston Bosu ball squatting is an old ski racing workout. most coaches don't let you attempt it anymore but some stick to old traditions. They probably had her do this because it was being filmed.

Any trainer that has you squatting on an upside down BOSU is not qualified. Also if you can't break parallel on a squat, you need to use less weight.
