An interesting tour to the island. Wow, Mohamad has such an incredible collecction of antiques. Oh, Mustafa is such a cute boy !! Thanks for taking us along this journey. Kudos to you guys 💪✌️
I always saw u give positive comment at Travelgramers, Ken & Moonlight & Lemongrass channel. Yes, every country have their own uniqueness. We have to respect their culture.
Exactly what I want to say too. 😊 Mohamed have so many nice antiques, but they are all cramp up in one cupboard. Wish he had a bigger display glass cupboard. to show. Mustafa is such a nice but lonely boy.
Nice about the nubian people, what A vlog aey, people with no country, but very humble and shy, still strong with their culture n heritage.Mustafa the kid, with no friends, who plays by himself, but a smart boy.
18:08 impressive collection!!!! 18:18 awwwwwww.... super cute!!!! 20:35 cute kiddo! Elephantine Island is so much cleaner.. less garbage around... and the people seems much more genuinely friendly.
Mohammed has a beautiful collection this man if would sell his stuff could be rich. I love the crocodiles very brave to have them in the house. Fantastic village. Amazing video
We tried crocodile meat before and indeed was yummy but for the nubians the crocodiles are more like pets and are/were sacred they don’t even think about eating them for them it’s just wrong 🙃 they are very proud of their crocodiles, he said he used to have a big one in the house and most people would have one or two too, they had to be well fed so they wouldn’t want to take a bite at anything else
Hi guys , how are you doing ? Love the fast catchy music in th background 👍🏻 really amazing people and culture , love the colorful buildings and items hanging probably for sale or decorations not sure what were those things . What are the Nubians ethnicity and language ? But their names are Arabic , thanks for the taking us around 👍🏻
Heyyy we are good how about you? Thanks so much for the compliments 🤩 Nubians ethnicity is Nubian 🙃 they come from the early inhabitants of the nile in what is now north sudan and south Egypt, their language is also very unique (not sure the origin will have to google this one). Nubians have been “forced” to assimilate into Egyptian and Sudanese culture, and that’s why they also speak Arabic and have Arabic names. Back then the Nubian Kingdom was a very powerful one that conquered part of Egypt, their history is quite interesting and sadly nowadays they have their own culture but not their own country
@@Travelgramers I’m doing fine just bit busy , thanks fyi I will google for more information about the Nubians this is getting more interesting thanks again 👍🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
We were there in Feb so can’t comment on that but I’m guessing it won’t be much of a difference from Italy in July if you live far from any coast line 😉
Very interesting tour to Nubian island, the Nubians look very different from the Egyptians. Fully agree that its like being in central or southern part of Africa. Mohammad has interesting collection of antiques that comes from Europe, US and Asia.
Nice Vlog... have visit Assuan to and like it more than Luxor ,) the Nubians are much different and looks more African than Egyptian and they are much bigger than the Egyptians . ...In the streets of Assuan you will find many small restaurants what cooks cheap and good food and it was little bit cleaner than Luxor.. Have a nice time and maybe you make a trip by ferryboat to Sudan or a trip by Feluke to Kitchener island with Ancient Ruins ;) ...?
We actually prefer Luxor than Aswan, maybe because in Luxor we stayed in the west bank where everything is much more quiet and peaceful and in Aswan we didn’t stay in Elephantine Island where it would be more peaceful too but yes we noticed the difference between the Nubians and Egyptians. Egyptians are usually smaller than Joao but the Nubians were much taller 😃😅
Obrigado amigos. Sendo sincero o vosso video começou bastante bem, mas depois tornou-se chato na "lojas dos crocodilos. The best, the nice Mustafá. Teria sido interessante saber mais sobre a Nubia e sua cultura. Mas têm outros muitos bons para compensar!!!
Agradecemos a critica 🙏 só assim podemos aprender e melhorar. Na verdade como só passámos pela ilha um dia não conseguimos realmente interagir com muita gente e o senhor estava tão orgulhoso a mostrar a sua coleção e animais de estimação que decidimos deixar essa parte toda 😅
Oh my gosh I just heard about the train crash in southern Egypt and we have no idea if you guys were anywhere near that we hope you’re OK we hope everybody else is OK
Yes we heard it too 😔 such an unfortunate event. We are safe, we are no longer in Egypt but still have a few videos to upload since we didn’t upload much during the month we were there.
Take care guys, happy to know you guys are OK, the last video you guys posted was on a train.. when saw the news was thinking of you guys.. really sad incident.. many casualties as the news reported..

Aren’t the Nubians the original pyramid builders?
# the Nubians use to have their own empire, kings, lands.. etc.
Now I realize why all of our empires at present, sleeps with their eyes open.. 😵🙁
Yes, at some point they conquered Egypt, it was a very powerful civilisation
