I have a video idea that comes from something you said. I’d love to see a “prized possessions” makeup video. Not necessarily your favorites, but a product that you just adore for whatever reason. Either packaging, or memories, you love it, etc.

Put my girls to bed, sit down to relax and then get the notification that you've posted AND it's a declutter, BEST way to start mommy's evening time😊😊 As soon as u picked up the Maybelline eyeshadow I remembered the name of it and the video u showed it in lol
With the milk eye chalk, instead of taking it out of the plastic tube and drawing it on, just leave it in there and stick your eye brush in there and apply w the brush to your eye. Less mess and just as beautiful! Applies like any other eyeshadow.
That’s what I do too…I just have the one, but it’s a bright champagne color and it’s the most perfect inner corner shade

You should do a total cost decluttered at the end. Like add the retail cost of everything you decluttered at the end of the video. That would definitely keep me watching til the very end!
Please dont stop showing these declutters. Not boring to me at all. Lol. Even the eye stuff is interesting to me, and we're still getting info on what you like/recommend and dont so much. Also youre the best declutterer (if thats a word, lol) that I've seen. Thanks for sharing!

That Pacifica mascara is absolutely the best I've ever tried. Can put it right on without primer or even curling. No clumping or flaking and the brush is absolutely perfect

Hi Jessica, here is an idea I do with all my mascara and some of foundations I put the date on them when I open them and always smell them. If they have a funky order it goes. I love the Pacifica Steller Mascara and of course L'oreal Lash Paradise and the Telescope ones.
I think it’d be so fun to do a video as if you lost your reg makeup bag on a trip and and had to replace it all at the drugstore !!!!! 💐✨
I watch a lot of declutters and wonder if I’m very different than everyone else or if I’m just different because makeup isn’t my job. But something’s are so foreign to me. Mascara is an example. I try different mascaras, but only one or two at a time. So I open 1 or 2 mascaras but then I use them up and throw them out. I do like to replace my mascara every 3 months so sometimes they don’t get completely used up, but I never have a bunch of mascaras in my drawer that are partially used. I do have a number of unopened mascaras at any time because I may buy those mascara sets or individuals during the holidays when they are on sale. But I don’t feel I waste a lot of mascara since I only open them when I’m going to wear them.
I think most people maybe have one or two mascaras going at once and that’s normal. I think due to the nature of their jobs, influencers like Ms. Jessica have many more because they are always testing different products. For me, I have two mascaras going at a time. I like choices. 😀 Considering how much mascaras cost now, I don’t like to have more than that open at once.

I love the elf shadow sticks! I use them every day as an eye primer for my greasy eyelids it makes my eyeshadow last all day!
I love tubing mascaras "air volume" and "bye bye panda eyes" coz I can wear them with a no makeup look with just mascara and a lipstick. And at the end of the day all I need is warm water and regular face wash. For my daily needs this is perfect.
That wet n wild single shadow just took me back to old Jessica videos!! I remember you using that literally everyday when you did your makeup!!
I really like declutter videos but hardly any are as satisfying as Jessie's!

My favorite eyeshadows are the Changecaille Single shadows in those little pots but in the Satin formula. So beautiful while being very buildable and blendable. Very beautiful shadows that make it look like you took a lot of time on your eyes when all you did was buff this shadow all over and when on your way.
Any make up that comes into my collection gets a little piece of masking tape with the date I purchased the item. This way I know how long I’ve had it, and went to discard it. I have a separate little make up bag for back ups of mascara and brow product, once I remove it and open it it gets dated and put into my collection. This works great!
I absolutely love this category! Never doubt about showing us these, I am sitting in my couch watching it and I couldn’t be happier 😂💕
Now THAT was a declutter! In fact, while watching, I may even have been inspired to declutter a few items in my collection, as well!

I use that MILK MAKEUP chalk in "Hopscotch" (same shade as yours) literally everyday in my inner corner of my eyes!! 😍 It is absolutely perfect!! I'll 4~ever repurchase!! ❤️
Same :) it was one of those things that I almost got rid of cause I had so many other eyeshadows similar to it, but then found myself grabbing for it every single morning. Now it’s a staple in my collection haha…and I’ve hardly gone through any of it! It will last forever

I must have watched one of your older videos the other day, because you told us about the Maybelline Dusty Rose shadow. I immediately ordered it from CVS. Unfortunately when I received it, it was shattered. 😔 I got it for less than $2 (CVS carepass discounts), so I went ahead and re-pressed it. Now it's fine, just won't travel with it.

Idk if this would be messy but if you're getting rid of expired cream/liquid eyeshadows you could try letting Genevieve paint with them. I bet she would love the shininess!
I agree so much about the brow products! I went through a phase a few years back where I was trying so much. Th else days, all I need is 1 brow pencil and a tinted gel. Slowly slowly working my way through what I own in my brow products

Jessica - to get rid of hard pan, just press some adhesive tape over the product! It lifts it right off, I swear. It might take a couple of passes, but it works amazingly well.

I never hear anyone talk about the Mally Beauty Evercolor Shadow Sticks! They’re so good! Burnished bronze or Golden Hour are the perfect 5 second one and done eye shadow. PERFECT for travel!
I use the Julep eyeshadow sticks and have never seen them mentioned by anyone and they are great!!! They’re on Amazon too’
I love the bye bye panda eye for my lower lashes. It is a little more subtle and never transfers

I love single shadows and loved that you did swatches of everything, and took us along with you on decluttering this part of your collection. I was wondering how you clean your makeup brushes, beauty blenders, and how you set them out to dry to make sure your handles don't crack, because I washed my brushes one time and the handles cracked and have been afraid to wash them ever since lol. What products do you use? What's your process? Do you spot clean, how do you spot clean? How often do you deep clean your brushes and sponges? I would be interested in seeing a video on this and it would be really helpful to me because I don't want to damage my brushes again. I have no idea what I did wrong last time but the brush handle was cracked straight down the handle like a split tree 😆. Thank you Jessica for all your hard work!
Oh no! I’m sorry your brush broke. I would invest in a makeup brush cleaner that spins you can get them on Amazon and other stores. I don’t use it for the cleaning process but it does help with drying as it spins out most of the water.
I dip my brushes in cold-Luke warm water (make sure you don’t get the ferrule or higher wet). Then I use a makeup brush silicone cleaning mat and a little bit of makeup brush shampoo and swirl it around then do a first rinse by dipping the brush back into the warm water. I then do a more thorough rinse under the tap. I then spin the water out to dry then air dry with the brushes hanging over the counter until they are completely dry.

Yep, eyebrow pencils are all about finding the right shade. The Slim Brow pencil in Ebony color from AOA studio is just the perfect match, which is amazing, since it is so cheap. And I also use their hair tamer finishing wand as a clear eyebrow gel.

use a piece of tape and put the sticky part in the eyeshadow, press it lightly and no more hard pan. I have use this on some of my Colourpop singles. You did great! I have issues letting go of a good eyeshadow lol.
I recently picked up maybelline single shadow in nude glow per Emily Noel’s recommendation. You would LOVE it!! It’s the only shadow I’m keeping in my bag right now. Similar to the one you showed but a little less peachy and more bronzy rose gold. So gorgeous!!

I use the darker Kosas brow gel in the darker color. It’s not as dark as you think. I have the same hair color as you do. It doesn’t hold as much as I like but combined with the clear from Anastasia, it’s gold.

My collection is way smaller but always such a good feeling to go in and CLEAN IT OUT!! I also tend to end up hoarding these type of items. It’s easy to do because they take up very little space.

I absolutely HAVE to get rid of some eyeliners. That product is always awful for me. I buy one, and it doesn't last as long as I want, I throw it in the drawer with a "well, I just bought it I don't want to use it once and then throw it out"... but then I just leave it in the drawer for a year and throw it out anyway after only using it once. I'm hopeless when it comes to this but you have inspired me. Much love to you, Jess!

I think eyebrow products I wouldn’t worry about dates it’s for your eyebrows as long as they don’t smell off or give you a zit in the middle of your brow I’d say just keep the ones you like
