Just seeing this now. Feb 2023. Love the CL chargers with a 318 and 4 speed. Yesssss I own (on my channel) a 1980 CM with a 318 and 727 auto! Mines mostly original too but I sure would love a manual 4 speed in it. Great engines. Great cars.
I had a ‘ 72 770 with the 318 and the baby torqueflite, that was a flying machine , I can’t imagine how rapid that would be with a 4 speed manual - green with envy!
Just inherited my grandpas 77 regal 265. Its in great condtion, excellent in fact, he dropped all its fluids and parked it in a co tainer 17 years ago now, got her started a few months ago, runs like its 1978
Sat in my old mans shed since, never moved the whole time i was growing up. Ended up living under a verandah in ingle farm for about 15 years. Yeah its original k's. Was last registered in '78 i think. I have the deregistration paperwork.
Hi Keith, no shes off the road atm. Has not been registered since 1978 i think.... Finishing up a vg val project then will get her up on the hoist and work out a plan of attack.
original ks's bud. Car was purchased with 11,00ks in 1978, then that same year deregistered. Sat in my old mans shed for 40 years until i inherited it.
Wheelweight in ozs means little- metric system came in before that car was around. Probably ozs wheelweights being used in Australia in the 90's still. All the same, lucky bugger!
@@peterdiamantakiou there's a few out there mate, keep looking... This one means too much to me to let go, and will be passed on to my son if he behaves himself!!!
The options on the compliance plate are as follows E44 318 2bbl D20 4 speed manual A60 sports stripe R82 radio T15 er70 radials W35 cast alloy Road wheels
