Modding isn’t an actual “bad thing” unless u use it against other players to gain an advantage. I’d say it should be allowed if it’s for helping others or just offline play.
The problem is that the vast majority of mods do exactly just that. Give the modders unreasonably overwhelming advantages over the rest of the players who play legitimately. Ranked Matches is a veritable cesspool of modders that continue to find ways around the EAC and are almost ALWAYS the people ranking in the top 5. Modders sucked all the fun out of competitive play for me personally.
The only acceptable mods are cosmetic ones that do not alter the game play. If you run around with an ssj3 wig or a time breaker mask. I say good on you as long as it doesn't involve modding skills or using illegal body type presets

My stance is that if they wanna help with Expert mission and raids it’s fine. And if they want to play with modds against their friends who are also using modds I’m fine with it. It’s just when they play with modds against anyone that does not use modds.
It should be used more often, considering how toxic the community is. Main issue though: Favorites don't stay. You gotta' keep re-Favoriting them. Really puts a damper when you just wanna' play with your friend's raid-meta characters, but they haven't played in months.

Okay I'm extremely late on this, but I have to say it. I don't consider mods a bad thing in the very least, even one which add moves, let you use exclusive moves, or whatever. Fact is, I payed for the game, twice as a matter of fact. So if I want to mod to make solo play or team play more fun, I should he allowed to. If I'm not doing pvp or events which offer higher rewards to people who pump pump put more damage, then I am not harming anyone. Not the community, nor the game. This is exactly how I feel modders who are just having fun and not causing grief should be treated. Until they use it as an advantage against you, leave them alone! Would be nice if we decided to only report those who have wrong us by using it against us in pvp since far as I'm aware, that's basically the minority :)

I support the use of mods when it is used fairly. I think that if it was to add value and fun, maintaining balance for both in multiplayer mode, that would be fine with me. For example, graphics mods just to beautify, I don't see a problem with online multiplayer. In short: if you use mods that give you advantages over other people in online mode, you are a bastard. Go use these advantages offline. Now if you use mods to beautify the game or bring varieties of items that maintain the balance of the game, it's okay
We should be able to use mods on consoles. If we use mods for offline, then it should be allowed. If your gonna play online pq's or online battle, then any mods like super souls that give you infinite health, stamina and ki should be automatically unequipped from your chosen character. Not having help like this in a game that is supposed to be fun, destroys the whole experience and makes you unable to make progress cause of the over powered ai enemies. Make Mods usable for consoles please. 😢

I don’t know if this is a modder or a glitch but I went into a online single lobby on my saiyan cac and it normally shows other players on the no. 1 time patroller thing but it showed an namekian who was massive for some reason

Xenoverse 2 mods lowkey sucks. Most modders with modded stats have garbage defense and cannot take hits well. And that size mod does absolutly nothing to give an advantage by the looks of it. The cosmetic mods glitch half of the time as well but if you mod purely to make your CaC look cooler I dont see anything wrong with it personally.

Xenoverse 2 mods lowkey sucks. Most modders with modded stats have garbage defense and cannot take hits well. And that size mod does absolutly nothing to give an advantage by the looks of it. The cosmetic mods glitch half of the time as well but if you mod purely to make your CaC look cooler I dont see anything wrong with it personally.
