With body weight, you can Target traps and rear delts. With traps you can do an inverted shrug on the pull-up bar or on rings, you can also do a handstand and shrug up and down doing that that'll hit the upper traps. You can also do an l-sit and shrug up and down. For rear delts you can Target them using a side plank, and a reverse plank wide grip. If you have rings you can do Facebook with the rings, or add towels on the pull-up bar. I use a towel or a canvas cloth to grab on the pull-up bar so it activates my forearms.

Congrats on the physique progress bro! The 4-day program is almost identical to the one in my Toji video. There are several programs for the manga physique and anime physique (which are slightly different). 3-day programs, 4-day, and 5-day programs, a 3-day bodyweight program for each of the manga and anime physiques, and a 3-day resistance band program for each. They are all full body because that allows for the most training frequency and effective volume, and it produces the biggest systemic hormonal response (testosterone boost) because more muscle mass is being recruited each session compared to a body part split where you just train chest on one day for example.

I'm struggling to know how much I should bulk and cut for? Any advice? I've bilked for a good month and a half, but it's been hard since I really wanna cut to look good for bulk without puffiness. However, I'm really happy with the muscle l've gotten and I don't want to lose that. Plus, I haven't gotten as much muscle as I wanted. I got a lot, but I'd like more. But prom is coming fast. Any advice?
This isn't what you wanna hear but muscle takes years to build. You'll need to bulk for months and years over the long run to maximise muscle growth. Its unfortunate but you have to sacrifice your facial aesthetics a little bit in the short term to make muscle building easier. You can build muscle while maintaining but it's much slower To prepare for prom I'd say get lean and preserve your muscle as much as possible. Get a nice-fitting suit and groom yourself well and you'll look great.
