I have yet to see a truly original idea come out of an AI. So far it’s all been rehashing of old sh1t. Don’t get me wrong it looks great and I’d love to see a full feature film generated by AI. But as long as it doesn’t truly invent something new I’m skeptical.

I sometimes like to imagine a modern Tomb Raider movie done in the actual style of a 1950s movie, with matte paintings. There can be Ray Harryhausen-esque scenes with dinosaurs and of a stop-motion animation centaur breaking out of a statue.
