I love your Hermes and Chanel bags you featured, especially your Chanel pearl bag. I think your Hermes Birkin bags in jaune poussin and etain would be part of your bags you plan to keep forever too.
Mine are the Lady Dior bags in black matte, powder pink, latte, my vintage Chanel double flap and my vintage Lady Dior both in black. I also inherited a lot of vintage Coach bags from my mother-those are definitely staying with me forever.
I feel the same as you do about Chanel, ballerina flats (and their classic two tone sling back heels) for me also.
Hi Lou! This was a fun video! 🤔 I think in my collection, I would never get rid of my Birkin or Kelly 35's, my beaded Fendi Peekaboo, Multicolore Speedy and a few sentimental other bags.
I feel you with the yellow and white hermes...mine is the bvlgari serpenti forever in red and coach dinky tea roses in black. Not sure why but they make so much sense for me

Those are all beautiful. I honestly thought though that you would never sell the black classic flap and the blue one but the Oreo tweed Chanel 19 and green classic flap are both stunningly beautiful. I would definitely have to put thought into that with my collection.
Love your bags and choices especially the matcha 🍵💚colored Chanel bag 😘👌🏼 chiefs kiss. I would have added your Tiffany blue Chanel bag too for my own taste. And I m like you I have to be very methodical about my bag choices I don’t like clutter and “collecting” personally 🥰 for me I could not get rid of my Chanel pieces that are in black and champagne I just really love that combo so classy and elegant I also love my Chanel Tiffany blue WOC and I’m really loving my cognac colored Italian leather bags 😍🤎 they are just hitting that effortless spot for me right now lol
As I was watching, I forgot the title said 6 bags and I thought you were going to talk about 5, so when you pulled out the medium classic flap I was shocked it wasn’t the mini kelly 😂but of course you mentioned the mini kelly too! I love that classic flap of yours, but I think my favorite would have to be the gold birkin. Such a classic, classy bag!
Great video! I love the forever bags all of them! My fav of all in your collection is the Chanel light green bag. When I first saw it was on one of your videos and I couldn't stop thinking about it! I cannot pay Chanel prices now but I found the Chanel wallet on chain in this same light green color and I had to get it! Like you I will never let this one go

Your collection is so you! I realized collecting handbags that the ones that really make my heart sings are my color bags. I love my black and gold from Hermès but having to keep just a few I would never let go of my Birkin 25 in fuchsia and my Kelly 25 in natural sable. I also have a classic flap in iridescent light purple that I can just sit and stare at.😂 My picotin 18 in rose mexico and my mini capucine in emerald green have a special place. Anyway, I would be miserable just choosing 6 because I know I would have to keep some neutrals even if they are not my favorites.

Your collection is beautifully curated and "the one in, one out" ethos is commendable. But I would make the exception with the Birkins and Chanels. All of the others can be parted with. 😊

i cant believe the pearl chanel retailed for 5k something, is that true? because I have seen it be sold in the high 15k to 25k. that green mint omg! i had to email redeluxe about it. thankfully they messaged me back the year and collection 21C. patiently waiting to see it in the medium
