Wow your house is STUNNING! Don’t feel you have to explain or justify showing off nice things you’ve worked for. When I got my first home it took months to be happy where things were (kitchen mainly) so just enjoy the journey of nesting! Xmas decs soon..?
Definitely recommend living with someone before committing to marriage! Maybe like once you're engaged? What if there is mega red flags on living together?! Best to try it before making it legal & hard to end haha

Hi Emily, I so agree with your pact about being married before someone special moves into your house. I have witnessed too many sad situations where all that hard earned money went down the drain when the property gets to be divided when the relationship does not work well. You are business wise.

I remember my first night in my first place. It took me a long time to get out of on own, because dealing with family illnesses, and such being the oldest I really had to step in and take care of things for years. First night It was very quiet but I loved it

I’ve literally followed you since your first video (so crazy). Seeing you throughout all these years, growing up with you (also a -97 april baby)… has been so wonderful. I’ve also moved around a lot during my 20s and just this summer moved into a flat with my boyfriend that felt like a HOME from the first day there. I feel like I can really relate to what you are saying here, there’s not an end date for when we have to leave this place, and it feels amazing.
