Meron po ako whipping cream pero ready mixed na siya. Pwede rin kaya yun? And kung halimbawa naman po all purpose cream how many ml do I need? Is 250ml enough or 500ml is needed?
I am not familiar with whipping cream na ready mix na. I used heaving whipping cream na brand d2 sa California. If using all-purpose cream, same ng sukat ng whipping cream sa recipe. 1 cup is 240ml and I require 1 1/2 cups sa recipe. So bale 240+120=360ml ang gagamitin mo.
I advice using heavy whipping cream kesa sa all-purpose cream dahil matagal pa maging thick yung texture nya with all-purpose cream since it is very little in fat unlike heavy whipping cream to give the thick texture.
I use heavy whipping cream. Walang all-purpose cream dito sa California. I always suggest to use all-purpose cream as a substitute kasi some of our kababayans can't afford or don't have access where to buy whipping cream.
PinoyCookingRecipes oh I see :) I have learned from my culinary class 4 years ago that you can do milk and melted butter 🧈 together to make a scratch out of heavy cream. I have only done it once in class,but I hope someone would try it
