多謝樓主介紹美食！👍但想講一吓，呢間銀記既脹粉係外省人果啲懒人堆脹粉，纯粹想偷学广东人正式的但又做到半桶水，可謂不輪不類且不知所謂，我每逢到內地見到这些所謂脹粉（包括所謂既潮汕脹粉）定必走頭，就是多么便宜也没用，一点不好吃而且是冒牌货，吃了等於成为摧毁传统广东脹粉的帮凶。😢😢
香港没有鮮虾牛肉腸，腸粉不會落生菜的，只有獨立的虾腸或牛肉腸，而艇仔的用料，則完全不同，所以你下次來港，吃艇仔粥一定會失望。
