We are big fans of Evan Moor. This a great flip through--I'm going to go take a look at the science. 👏👏💕

We love Evan Moore too! I'll have to check out the science. We have the spelling, and the pocket books on ancient Greece and on Early Explorers.

I know this is off topic, but could you please make a video addressing diversity and children hearing multiple perspectives in homeschooling. This is a concern I have even though I want to homeschool my future children.

Same here I was told by my childhood doctor. My future children ll have a high percentage of Autism either low functioning or High functioning Aspbugers , ADHD, Dyslexia, Handwriting disiablites, Bipolar or OCD . I want to do it from the start.

Could you clarify your question, please? I'm afraid I may not be understanding it well.

@@ProjectHappyHomeOne of my big concerns is my kids hearing about more perspectives and beliefs than just my own. I’m sorry if I can’t make myself clear. I have dysgraphia.

Great review as always! I am so excited to find that Beginner Geography workbook. That looks perfect for my soon-to-be second-grader. It looks like it starts by reviewing what she learned in Connections Academy last year and then moves right along to real-world geography. That is exactly what I wanted as embark on homeschooling!
Is there an easily accessible/available list of the topics covered for each grade of the science workbooks? I would probably choose one of those for my older child based on subjects covered rather than grade staying in the 3rd-5th grade range so that the material is somewhat close to her level.

Actually, you can ignore my earlier question- I figured it out. I want to purchase the 4th grade science workbook with teacher's notes in it from Amazon. When I click the link in the description it goes to the 2nd grade. If I search for the 4th grade workbook in Amazon after clicking on your affiliate link, will you still get credit?

Have you checked out the Evan-Moor top student series. It’s a great all in one for summer time or just supplemental work.

It IS a good series! We do year-round homeschooling, so they don't fit our style that well.

I have been thinking about it more of homeschooling my future children cause as a child I endured being excluded & separated abused back in grade school. My last two school aides really mentally damaged me . I remember at 11 years old in fifth grade getting migraines. Falling asleep. I have my first journal from about 15 years ago documenting the abuse. What was actually happening in fifth grade this was 2006-07. To be I”m bit nervous of reading it. Cause most of it is really bad memories. Yes it’s ends with me getting my first boyfriend. Feb 22. 09 was the last document.

I’m so sorry for your negative experience. If I may gently suggest one thing, it would be to not go into homeschooling primarily for fear of school. Instead, try to formulate all the positives you want to create out of homeschooling. 💚

I like the teacher version so that we can do a little lesson beforehand and I have the answers there. But I would rec just the student versions for the lower elementary grades.
