- Life Support System 1 knife made by Jack Crain for Arnold Schwarzenegger in Commando movie 1985 and the Mission knife made by Jimmy Lile for Sylvester Stallone in Rambo 2 movie 1985.
Thank you to my good friends for these special knives.
It doesn’t get any better than this. Two most famous knives ever made and to have them both should make you extremely proud. These knives deserve to be in your hands my friend. That’s so awesome

I know few people that have been and got souvenirs.
One guy got the steering wheel off the old truck where Stallone get the canvas sheet and rope to wear. It would be cool to get anything from the filming locations. Even a rock from the river he hid in would be better than nothing.

Hi Greg. To be honest, i have to sell two other knives, to get this knife. But for me as lefthanded guy, is the kydex sheath important. Yes, it would be awesome, to visit Hope.
Both very beautifully crafted works unfortunately couldn't afford a good one so I bought the one united didn't fair well
I started with the cheapest copies off ebay and over time I met other collectors that were happy for me to use partial payments otherwise I would never afford good knives
I took an old Harbor Freight knife (the cast metal version with the steel grip) and sanded the gold coloring off, then I put a bike tube in the middle portion of the grip to sort of create the silver and black LS1 coloration. I like those HF knives 10 bucks and they make good project blades. I got one sanded off then wrapped in green cord like the first blood. JB weld the shoulders of blade and tang and its good to go.
But thats the literal complete opposite of the spectrum of these knives. Mine are like the severely inbred versions of these absolute gems. Or more accurately, severely inbred cousins of lookalikes of a famous celebrity.
I always favored the LS1 to the first blood knife, but the Part Ii knife with the 2 tone blade evens it out a little. The handle on the LS1 is a little long, and the large finger choil really takes presence away from the blade. But I absolutely have always DETESTED the little screwdrivers on the Rambo guards. Given these pros n cons, the LS1 edges it out Mission by the slimmest of margins. The movies to me are incomparable, Rambo all the way.
My favorite scene is when Ko asks Rambo: "What bring you luck?" He replies: "I guess this." And he shows this knife.
Man idk that brings the Rambo II knife up a bit in cool points. Might have to reconsider my decision...

I used to makeshift knives until I found a way to get the real deal too.
