I’ve been running an m7060 with a bv4180 baler for 3 years with no issue. I just keep the bales at the 62-64 inches. I’ve tried larger when helping a neighbor, but it bogged the tractor a bit on upgrades and near full final chamber.
I have a M7060 and a M6-141, guess which one I bale with? Overkill cannot be overrated. Yes, I can bale with and have baled with the M7060 but the M6 will smoke it and the M7060 raking struggles to stay ahead of the M6 baling. I consider my setup a great paring.
All depends on demand, a small hobby farm like mine can only really afford one machine todo it all as it’s not a primary income earner. But I’m not in a hurry putting around is just fine. 😉
It is wild what's happened to the price of tractors since say 2013! I have an 8950 Kubota I would like to trade for a current 75hp and have just chosen the wrong year..
The price Kubota are now asking is a money grab, I refuse to pay it . The funny thing is Kubota doesn't have tractors in stock to sell but they keep raising the prices, lol.
@@goodboyringo9716 look at inflation and stop whining. EVERYTHING is high. How are you gonna shit on 1 company for raising their prices when every single company has done it? Feed is higher, cattle is high, fuel is high, tractors are high, everything is high. You must not be a farmer if you think kubota is the only one who raised prices
@@nalley6815 .... Inflation on a tractor isn't 15,000 in one year dumbbell ! I been watching these tractor for over two years, sold my Vette to get one . Sounds like you are the one crying about what people are saying, I'm telling it the way it is so if you don't like it move the hell on. No Item should go up 15,000 in one year.

I would take the same money and buy a smaller balers and put a cab on the tractor.

not a fan of the price increases either, they sure make it tough on the customer & dealer
Better than a Deere 6130r being 250k
@@nalley6815 ... So the price rise is ok with you ? Go buy it then.
