Man. That might be the most realistic lower stake content I’ve ever seen. I agree 100% with your approach and how you find the fold. I’ve been accused of being overly tight, but I’d rather not force against players that I can’t bluff. Very well played bud.

Seat 8 folding JJ at the end there is wild. Seat 1 called the original $10 raise and then decides to shove after the action opens back up? What hand plays that way? He saw weakness and pounced 😂
Very pragmatic approach. Only thing I don't agree with is playing the hand you won with the a6 of spades, but I'm happy it worked out for you. Then again, I also wasn't at the table to see all of his tendencies.
@@parkroote5902 Thanks. I agree it’s not a great hand to be calling for a flop there, but I wanted to gamble against him because I’m not exaggerating when I say he was playing 100% of hands, and often making big raises like that. A6s is ahead of that range it is just very unfortunate I ran into the top of it there! But very fortunate to get the run out I did.
@@k.eyring I understand that. And you had position. I don't understand the need to gamble with a unicorn. You're clearly the best player at the table. You inflated the pot(with outs...presumably 12[obv KK makes it 9] and minimized your edge. The only factor I don't know is how great your fold equity was against him, again assuming you're not running into the top of his range.
@ so it sounds like you prefer calling on the flop. What happens when I miss the turn and he bets $300? I don’t get to realize my equity. That was my reasoning. As long as I’ve been playing poker, he was literally the best player I’ve played against, so yeah I wanted to take some shots. There was a hand before that where he called with J3o on 646A lol. @@k.eyring I prefer not playing the hand for 16x preflop. That way, you're not forced to gamble with a lesser player. I'd pick a different spot. The exception being is if the player is capable of folding to large bets, which you tested him by raising the flop. Obviously, he's calling with top set, but say he had queens on that board, he's calling based on what you're saying? I'm asking. And, i agree that flatting on that flop is definitely the worst option. BTW, that game you were playing was juicy af from what I observed.
