Hua Hua is at his most joyous at his Martian concerts. His deep connection with his fans is palpable. Who else could conduct a spontaneous choir of 10k+ with a smile and body language while seated at a keyboard? He equally is unafraid to share his more fragile human moments, endearing him enormously to those of us who love him. He is ever gracious and kind. Music is his bridge, and also seems to be his salvation. ps I've lost count of how many times I have seen the second video over the past year, but I sob every time. I adore him and like many fans feel so protective of him. 🤍
I had not seen this clip of Ace before today and I was effected hard as well. There is nothing that Hua could ask of a real Martian that they/I would deny him, the love bond between he and his fans is strong and unwavering. I have told you my story with Hua and what he did for me, I'm 60 yo and love him so much and owe him more than I can ever repay, I'll be a devoted fan as long as I have left in this world. @@xxim6074 Yes 2021 was hard because of all the difficulties going towards the end of his contract and not being able to hold his concert but he's been healthy and tough throughout this ordeal.
Yes, his contract has expired, it's actually a good thing for him. But we are very worried about him, especially recently, hope everything gets better.🔥

My thanks to Barbara as well. I had not seen that clip from Ace vs Ace. I was somewhat aware that there was a problem because of his dramatic weight loss around the beginning of this year. The language barrier makes it difficult to understand what is going on in his life so I did not know if the weight loss was because of a physical issue with his health or if he wasn't eating and taking care of himself because of something that was stressing him out mentally. It was really nice to see the producers and staff of Ace vs Ace take matters into their own hands and show him just how much he means to his fans. I now have a better understanding about what has been going on with him and I can see that with the support of his friends, family, fans and the people behind the show Ace vs Ace, he will get through this and he will be fine. Somewhere down the line he will probably write a song that will speak about these recent hard times and I have no doubt that his emotional performance of that song will not only move all of his fans to tears but it will also educate all of us on how we can get through similar tough times if we find ourselves struggling with or own issues in the future. That is the real magic of Hua Chenyu. He unfortunately goes through some pretty tough things in his life but he has the ability to understand how and why these tough times came to affect him and he is wonderful at letting his life lessons pour out through the emotions of his music. He has helped countless others who may be snuggling themselves with his timely and emotional performances.
Actually it was on Ace vs Ace that his contemplation of suicide was revealed and he did say that's what inspired him to write the trilogy for the 4th album. This mutual support that he and his fans have is the whole point of his song "Conversations with Martian Children". He touches, influences and connects to sooo many people! Totally relate to the "Love him forever" comment!
Someone asked Hua if it was okay to cry in public and be filmed. He said "why not? cry, it feels good to cry". That's why you can get emotional, it's because you have a heart beating in your chest. We love your surprises and BARBARA, a tight hug for you💖
This is why I watch the Hua Chenyu concert videos...the fans and his relationship with them! And, yes, Ace vs Ace have brought out a side to Hua Hua even HE didn't know. It's fun to watch him figure out the games and turn things around for the win, or when he steps back and helps others.

Loved Ace Vs Ace with Hua. You will enjoy him becoming more confident. This show was the best thing for Hua. There was a Superboy tribute but it didn’t have eng sub , that I know of. But you get the jest of it. You can’t help but be touched by this. We all support Hua no matter what. I made the mistake of seeing one of vids that smeared him and have regretted it. I hurt so bad for him that it effected me for awhile. I vowed NEVER again will I click on any vids that appear to smear him or bring up any sort of rumors good or bad. I don’t want to know what they have to say. But that’s the reality of being famous. Now I just rely on Martians to give positive news and notices on new songs or appearances. i’m so happy for him that he is getting some positive advertisement promotions for many many endorsements and several “statues” of him in recognizing him as Chinese influencer. I had the pleasure of going to Hua's concerts in 2019，（the same year I fell for his music and him），I want to see and listen with my own senses if his concert really is as good as so many Martians praise. Let me say I dont regret for a minute to fly from US to China and come back over a weekend...（Actually the craziest thing I've done in my life）.
@@DancingCoder We all cry with him....but we all laugh with him as well. His laugh is as infectious as his tears and even though you don't see it in much of what you've covered....when you see him in Ace vs Ace you'll find that he really loves to laugh.
Ace is a great show, you might want to watch it, there's a great duet with Wang Feng, and also HuaHua is asked to improvise on a song that is ok and turns it into something awesome just like that, also he must improvise on various instruments, it's really a good episode.

Im reading up on buddhism again, im learning chinese, and i am learning to draw. While listening to music again. I klnda stopped years ago, but now its 24/7. It's like a fairy tale, the love between Hua and the Martian... In 2019 Mars concert, he promised to hold the next 2020 Mars concert "when spring comes and flowers bloom". It's sad that the concert had to be delayed due to COVID-19. How I wish for spring to come and flowers to bloom.

Yes, I doubt it very much too. I had never been a fan of any celebrity. To me they’re just human beings like everyone else. I’m hooked at middle age and it is quite embarrassed 🙈 😳😂 Thank you to do this video, I’m really touched by the affirmation of the love and trust between Hua and his Martian.

HuaHua originally recorded this song as a duet with Aska Yang. The two of them sang it on TV wearing skirts. This was before Harry Styles posed on Vogue in an evening gown. In this version he looks so proud when the Martians are doing well. He "disdains" them in pretty much every concert, and they call him a bastard in every concert. It's one of the ways they say I love you. You don't have to explain why you love him. We all adore him. The fact that you are very much like him may be why we all like you so much.
I was about to do some chores then just had to watch this. His concert clip always makes me happy, especially when he laughs. In the Ace clip I smile, laugh and cry throughout. His relationship with the Martians is so special that it keeps them going in both good times and bad. From this clip you can see the diverse range of ages of his fans who love him. The elderly couple even went to see him at one of his brand events(I think it was Volvo)! Thanks for doing this and thanks to Barbara for the recommendation.
One of the many things I love about Hua is that he is so transparent when it comes to his emotions, he shows us that it is ok to feel, to cry if that is what it is. I love that you also can express yourself through tears...I think that is why I find your videos compelling, you feel emotions and are not afraid to cry (although you maybe wonder what others may think 😊😁). I love the Ace variety show so much, since this was what helped Hua get past his depression in late 2018/early 2019, when Hua joined the show in 2019. As a Martian, I haven't seen this video from Ace vs Ace. Generally, I do not like such entertainment programs and even HCY did not enter there. From the very beginning I had a distance to such information, I generally have a problem to understand HCY, even what is visible in front of the cameras. However, his art has always impressed me a lot.

@@susannorth138 This is my rebellion to what is happening in front of the cameras. I always have the best way to know a man by talking face to face. But recently I realized it was just a mutiny. I know Hua as much as it shows in art. Although I laughs that Hua may have a different ambition and I perceive it quite differently. Among other things, I do not like to translate his texts and listen to the prescribed interpretations of songs.

Loved Ace Vs Ace with Hua. You will enjoy him becoming more confident. This show was the best thing for Hua. There was a Superboy tribute but it didn’t have eng sub , that I know of. But you get the jest of it. You can’t help but be touched by this. We all support Hua no matter what. I made the mistake of seeing one of vids that smeared him and have regretted it. I hurt so bad for him that it effected me for awhile. I vowed NEVER again will I click on any vids that appear to smear him or bring up any sort of rumors good or bad. I don’t want to know what they have to say. But that’s the reality of being famous. Now I just rely on Martians to give positive news and notices on new songs or appearances. i’m so happy for him that he is getting some positive advertisement promotions for many many endorsements and several “statues” of him in recognizing him as Chinese influencer.

I hope you react to “Dear Friend”. He had in mind a friend he had lost when he sang it. It is so poignant & beautiful. There is version with eng subtitles, which is important. There is also “Dad, I’m Home” - a box of tissues required. I’m a 73 yr old white woman & classical musician living in Madison, WI. Hua Chenyu inspires me and feeds my soul. I really know what he means to you. I’m right there with you. ♥️
To cheer you up...We can derive from the 2nd clip，Hua lost snatching concert tickets to his Grandma and Grandpa fans...lol...Oh how he braged about how it'd be a piece of cake to grab tickets online with his piano playing hands and fingers🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
And ended up with a shaved head!!.. I'm not sad tho btw :) those videos were very heart warming,. Hua just has a knack for making me emotional it seems
@@DancingCoder You are definately not alone... I must say been there present in the concert is totally another level. I had the pleasure of going to Hua's concerts in 2019，（the same year I fell for his music and him），I want to see and listen with my own senses if his concert really is as good as so many Martians praise. Let me say I dont regret for a minute to fly from US to China and come back over a weekend...（Actually the craziest thing I've done in my life）.
@@DancingCoder We all cry with him....but we all laugh with him as well. His laugh is as infectious as his tears and even though you don't see it in much of what you've covered....when you see him in Ace vs Ace you'll find that he really loves to laugh.

Ace is a great show, you might want to watch it, there's a great duet with Wang Feng, and also HuaHua is asked to improvise on a song that is ok and turns it into something awesome just like that, also he must improvise on various instruments, it's really a good episode.

Hua Chenyu always put a huge smile on my face… especially the K&B video. The second Ace clip.. smiling through tears. Beautiful moment. Thank you Barbara, for the idea of putting these two together like this. This young man litterally changed my life too. Im reading up on buddhism again, im learning chinese, and i am learning to draw. While listening to music again. I klnda stopped years ago, but now its 24/7. Im so busy drawing all day i hardly have time watching my favourite videos or shows. In 2019 Mars concert, he promised to hold the next 2020 Mars concert "when spring comes and flowers bloom". It's sad that the concert had to be delayed due to COVID-19. How I wish for spring to come and flowers to bloom.

HuaHua originally recorded this song as a duet with Aska Yang. The two of them sang it on TV wearing skirts. This was before Harry Styles posed on Vogue in an evening gown. In this version he looks so proud when the Martians are doing well. He "disdains" them in pretty much every concert, and they call him a bastard in every concert. It's one of the ways they say I love you. You don't have to explain why you love him. We all adore him. The fact that you are very much like him may be why we all like you so much.
I loved their interactions on the Next show too. Much respect to both their sincere wish to advance newcomers.

I was about to do some chores then just had to watch this. His concert clip always makes me happy, especially when he laughs. In the Ace clip I smile, laugh and cry throughout. His relationship with the Martians is so special that it keeps them going in both good times and bad. From this clip you can see the diverse range of ages of his fans who love him. The elderly couple even went to see him at one of his brand events(I think it was Volvo)! Thanks for doing this and thanks to Barbara for the recommendation.
One of the many things I love about Hua is that he is so transparent when it comes to his emotions, he shows us that it is ok to feel, to cry if that is what it is. I love that you also can express yourself through tears...I think that is why I find your videos compelling, you feel emotions and are not afraid to cry (although you maybe wonder what others may think 😊😁). We Martians perfectly understand...crying with you.😂

I love the Ace variety show so much, since this was what helped Hua get past his depression in late 2018/early 2019, when Hua joined the show in 2019. They provided a nurturing, supportive environment...many new experiences for him to grow and even thrive. They became a family for him. Kings and Beggar has become such a special song between him and his fans. The amount of joy he feels with his fans and his laughter says so much..So much love...there is no real good words to describe the Hua Hua impact on our lives and souls. He is so very special...he has captured my heart! 💖

I didn't mean to make you feel uneasy for crying. You know that we're all crying along with you at these times, but mostly we're not being seen by anyone else. Hua Hua is right when he says that it feels good to cry....it's such a release and it shows how human we are. As a Martian, I haven't seen this video from Ace vs Ace. Generally, I do not like such entertainment programs and even HCY did not enter there. From the very beginning I had a distance to such information, I generally have a problem to understand HCY, even what is visible in front of the cameras. However, his art has always impressed me a lot.
@Justyna, might I ask what you do not understand about Hua? Maybe he touches my soul and I feel more like he has felt than you do? I the end, he is a beautiful soul. Kind hearted if you watch from Super Boy to the present.

@@susannorth138 This is my rebellion to what is happening in front of the cameras. I always have the best way to know a man by talking face to face. But recently I realized it was just a mutiny. I know Hua as much as it shows in art. Although I laughs that Hua may have a different ambition and I perceive it quite differently. Among other things, I do not like to translate his texts and listen to the prescribed interpretations of songs.
