Bro I am from Puducherry, now my ather 35 k service, I didn’t face like this kind of issues in my 450x gen 3 , and also my friends are using same 6 vehicles in my gang. I think they need to fix it thru software otherwise no issues . Without buying pro pack means u face the problem ( I think so ) because you’re not getting OTA updates . Comparatively here service is best , only problem is little expensive then others 😊
An OTA update refers to the Atherstack version, which has already been updated to Atherstack 5.12. My vehicle stock was Atherstack5.09 ver. I encountered this slow speed issue while using the Smart Eco mode during rainy conditions with the service center’s standby vehicle. But that condition lasted only for 5 minutes; after that, it reached 60 km/h.

Always buy branded. This is premium vehicle from China. Quality of service not available here. Major parts no stock. If you are interested on Rizta then buy hero vida (removable batteries) if one battery fault you can drive on another one.
I spoke with technical support team for 2months. If you have faulty Ather vehicle then you will knew that how much knowledge they have on their product.. For vehicle software they ask 22000₹ for each vehicle, that software belongs to 3rd party's. I told I will pay for the panels while buying, later I asked extra rear alloy wheel they don't have stock. Display also they don't have. Manufacturers will have spares. And finally past 4 months my service request is pending. If you want more I will make another video with voice record. But conversation in Tamil.

I understand your frustration upon dealing with an incompetent service centre. why don't you try other service centres and see if they resolve your issue? And these service centres can't address software issues. And Ather's os is based on android which ather should have liscensed from google. How do you say that its 3rd party software ? I would suggest you to try ambattur Khviraj service centre. They have been doing a pretty decent job for me atleast ( touchwood)

Also one my friend is not paid for connectivity subscription, still his scooter doesn’t have regenerative breaking system
