As far as language is concerned I wud remove afrikaans from schools and suggest that Nguni ppl(Zulu,Xhosa,Swati,Ndebele) learn atleast 1 Sotho Language(Sotho,Setswana,Sepedi) + either Vhenda or Tsonga and the same thing 4 other ethnic grps,learn 1 Nguni language + anada 1,depending on wat grp are u.In that way we can all connect with each ada without any problem.
