But in the Naruto Universe. Eye Balls can be removed and exchanged easily. why not ask her to remove that eye, and destroy it? Sakura is likely only hesitating because of the amount of agony it would cause. But come on, removal like what itachi did vs be stabbed must be worth considering. "Sakura, please, remove this eye. I've been through this eye exchange before. Just remove this one and destroy it any way you see fit. Madaras power will be greatly reduced"

Doesn't take no more than a second to stab an eye and she was with Obito in the dimension before the Guy vs Madara fight started (of course he hadn't asked her to do the deed yet), but when we get back to them, Obito says he has a final favor to ask which implies stabbing the eye, and this is before the Naruto and Sasuke vs Madara fight (this is where is gets bad for her)... We get back to them again as Madara is inserting Kakashi's Sharingan into himself (chapter 674) and Obito tells her to "hurry up" which implies he's been waiting awhile for her to do it, and she responds with "i kNoW!" (just shut up and stab it). I don't hate or like Sakura btw (she's meh to me) but she was indeed useless and stupid in this scene. Honestly, just bad writing by Kishimoto so the plot can continue. Unfortunately, Sakura was the victim to that bad writing.

Since Naruto would’ve been able to fly, he could stay in CQC against madara while sasuke helped.
