NEC NP-350W LCD Video Projector Auto Iris Replacement

This is kind of a followup video. I obtained some NEC NPP350W projectors that had bad auto Iris'. I ended up buying some used but good Iris' from China ([e-mail] ,Crystal was really helpful). They have been sitting around while I waited for some free time to install. I installed one a few weeks ago but did not record it. This time I did. I am thinking about selling this one if anyone is interested. Otherwise It's going to be a backup office projector. Thanks for watching and let me know if you have any questions. ~Frank
