Didn't chalk and it slipped tearing pretty much everything when I went to regrip like an idiot instead of racking it. Long winded point is it Def works for the pain tolerance.

"Why do you want to do the splits?".....Because I wanted to Mitch! Argh! Hahah, just kidding. Love the content! Would LOVE to see you in his gym.
I used to agree with you. But nowadays Jujimufu eats drinks and sleeps bodybuilding, and has lost most of his versatility. He is no longer a poly athlete. It is so sad. I used to really look up to the guy.

You'd get a way better pump if you did a slow eccentric about 3-5 seconds, and you'd get a whole lot better mind muscle connection, time under tension is way more important than the amount of reps you do
