@Zhoff0246 its called an overlay and its sorta easy, you just break the vid down to frame by frame and take a few of the clips, cut the person out, and then over lap each one back into the movie. idk what software you use but if you have descent software you should be able to do it
I've been looking for the tutorials of the effect which is mentioned in most of these comments for a very long time but somehow couldn't find one. Long story short, I achieved a very similar effect by cutting out the bits of the rider off of still frames, adding the transparent cutout layers on the timeline in after effects, motion tracking the main video, adding the analyzed motion tracking to a null object and then connecting the cutouts to it. Don't know if this is a lot of help to anyone.
