12" cloud version: weight of users is under 165lbs. What we've found: Very comfortable for sleeping on the back & side. Not great for stomach sleeping. Great for motion transfer. We both favour a soft feeling mattress so we found that putting our 5" memory foam topper over this makes it that bit more comfortable and cloud like. Granted, this may be due to the fact that we're not heavy. For ladies: if you've got a curvy/hourglass figure, you are probably like me and find a firm mattress too painful for side sleeping. This mattress is good for side sleeping, but if you are heavier I would recommend a less firm version.
I got one just over 2 weeks ago.... its supposed to be 8inchs it is barely pushing 5 still after 2 weeks of "decompression" and when we opened it it smelled like rotting leaves,followed its 5 step setup instructions and still 2 weeks later barely 5 inchs . Its comfortable and what not but its no where near the 8 inches advertised on the box

Bought a mattress from Zinus two years ago, and it started to sag earlier this year. Contacted Zinus, and Zinus refused to honor the warranty. What a horrible company!

I have the 12 inch and am a side sleeper and feel that it is way too firm. Hips and shoulders ache badly laying on my side in it.

The have a gel infused green tea mattress that's a little cheaper. Do you think they are the same or do you actually think this one will sleep cooler?
