Latvia has a bad army that can not defend the country, especially since there is hazing and ancient weapons.
It would be better to take an example from the army of Estonia where each year purchases of new weapons and build factories for the production of military equipment.
Also in the Estonian army there are about 110,000 soldiers
and pillboxes on the eastern border.

Estonia has spent a lot more money on its military than Latvia ever did, thats the difference. If we also spend 2% of GDP, the difference will disappear

There aren't any significant differences between the two armies. Estonian defense league uses exactly the same weapons as the latvian national guard. Plus there are only 6,5 thousand soldiers in estonian army. Quite a bit less than you stated.

You know too little about the Estonian army. It's not 6.500 and 90000 if you look at other military formations and every year you buy new weapons and gadgets.
