This just be canon, to theory Gaster stated he able travel threw two world, both undertale and deltarune. Gaster no longer had a physical form this make him very tough, that mean he immune to all physical attack maybe depend. Gaster stated he SHATTERED across time and space, he might be a star level threat in this case. Gaster physical attack are unknown but we know he basically had Sans powers but stronger. His endurance is not unknown. He stated be in the Void, and case the Void is like a black hole it empty and unable to leave. The fact he is still somehow you say in existence is impressed.
Also when will he show them his brothers stats mostly sense because they would be questioning how he’s even still alive but since he’s incredibly intelligent

While it is true that void Gaster is featless, I will use the feats of this video Gaster blaster, magic hands and blue magic is still wild magic, but since this Gaster used very little of soul magic, I will put him below the dragon lords in control (that does not mean he will lose against them in a fight, just that they are more advanced in the use of soul magic. But Gaster is very above the normal tier too) But he has many advantages. Basically, he is immortal. And I doubt it TGOALID could kill him, because he was erased. He is considered a non-existant entity. If you attack him, reality will know that you attacked [something], but since reality does not consider him by a existent being, it will count as if you hit yourself (or your companions, if they are near). He also has some very ridiculous knowledge (like, maybe nigh-omniscient if we assume the Code is everywhere) He is omnipresent, that is a fact. he was shattered across time-space, making him being everywhere and nowhere at the same time. The void is also a place without time-space, where there you can access any point of time-space Atomic disassembling/defragmentation and dimensional traveling are also very useful to him. In general, he isn’t that powerful if considered In destructive capabilities, but his hax are very OP. I think he might even have a chance against Rubedo and Dragon Emperor, both beings who are above the normal comprehension (Rubedo has a World class item as her core. World class items are things that are able to change laws fundamentals to reality and to the world. Not as a planet, but as a universe. And the Dragon Emperor can travel between dimensions and bring players, beings akin to gods, into his reality. He also brought the world class itens too, and super level itens, and basically all itens that the player possessed) It’s difficult to say who would win between Gaster VS Rubedo and Gaster vs DE, so I think I’ll make it a draw until we can see more of each side
