    I truly appreciate this content. It is rather unfortunate that most social workers are not open to acceptance/change; it is indeed ambiguous (especially those at the top hierarchy). Though there is constant push for change, equality, equity, anti oppressive practice and etc, some workers overlook it. Social work is one of the most toxic fields in the helping profession. It's rather a shame!
