The Kaisugan, or "Shattered Eyes," is a Kekkei Genkai unique to a young boy whose soul does not belong to this world. Watching the Kyūbi rampage and feeling such horrid chakra emanating from the demon fox, Kagami Suguru made a vow to himself. His eyes bled with dread, yet gleamed within the darkness.
