Wonwoo trained as a vocalist but when his voice deepened they moved him to the hip hop team.
the story is about 'THE MAN' we think initially jeonghan is the man who pulls everyone in the dreams and make them sleep basically control them. But in the end wonwoo puts jeoghan to sleep essentially waking him from his dream. so this whole thing was jeoghan's dream i believe. i don't know perfectly as well but yeah!!
no actually Jeonghan does puts ppl to sleep while Wonwoo wakes ppl up and fixes things. Jeonghan locks ppl in a dream world where everything they wish for can come true, while Wonwoo wants them to live in reality. at the end he puts Jeonghan to sleep as a way to save him, becuz when Jeonghan wakes up he forgets everything that he did and moves on with his life

The ending of the song in a live performance they harmonise the last line it’s beautiful.
Basically, 'This man' is an urban legend where a man visits people when they're dreaming and grants them a gift of deep slumber. So yes, like the sand man.
Wonwoo is that man. He loves the city and the people in it so he wants to protect them. Then he starts hearing about another 'this man' that grants people's wishes in their dream. That was Jeonghan.
Jeonghan lost someone named 'A' and ever since then he can't break out from his past and time seemed to stop for him. He thought 'A' is still with him, even though all he sees when looking at 'A' is a white sheet covering a person, like a ghost. Somehow, he got the ability to grant people their wishes in their dream, so he uses that power to put people to sleep and trap them in an illusion where time is stopped so that he can recreate a city where 'A' still exists. But everytime he does this, the more empty he becomes and gradually forgets who he is, what his purpose is, and even what 'A' looked like.
The city got worse with all the people asleep all the time so Wonwoo had to take action. He was running around waking everyone up from their dream and bringing them back to reality. Then Jeonghan found out about Wonwoo and he got angry, saying that he was close to making the illusionary city. Wonwoo confronted him and asked him if he even remembers 'A' face. Jeonghan was brought back to reality and says he can't remember. Wonwoo told him to take the sheets off 'A'. Jeonghan did it and saw nothing. No one was under the sheets. He was alone all along. He gave up and then Wonwoo put him to sleep. Wonwoo whispered a gift of deep slumber into Jeonghan's ears.

This is the story line of the music video.
Jeonghan wants to keep taking people into sweet dreams and make them live in dreams without waking up from them. He chose this method to escape the reality that he did not want to face himself, but he is afraid of himself, so he puts the world to sleep.
Originally, Wonwoo was not interested in these phenomena, but he kept finding people asleep without even realizing it. So he awakened them from their dreams and led them to a real life. As a result, he came to track Jeonghan's footsteps, and eventually, he encountered Jeonghan, who was trapped in a long nightmare, and woke him up from his dream.

Hi! I like to hear about the technical aspects so thank you for the reaction. Actually, while listening I thought that the reason for them no to harmonize until a line at the end is a decision based on the story. Since both are like opposites characters i find it purposefully.

This Man has an amazing story, Jeonghan is a man who created his own world where he lures people in and Wonwoo is the one who woke those people in order to embrace reality. Hence, the white cloth has been following Jeonghan (I reckon that the person already passed away, the said person's name is A) and Jeonghan is creating a city of dream because of his desire to see that person again.
