when i change out that dryer drum bearing i change it from the front only, i do it alone many of these, just pull out only one bolt then move bearing assy up and turn it up with the other bolt still in the other side and now put the bolt you remove back in to hold the rear bracket, now remove the other bolt and toss away the old bearing assy, install the new bearing assy with only one bolt holding it in place, then that bolt will hold the rear bracket in place, then rotate it around to line up with hole for 2nd bolt to install, done,,, so fast and easy no need for tape or a helper no need to get behind unit ,,, i have many of these,,,

Thank you so much for this, I was able to repair mine and it came apart so easily. I had to leave mine open to run a cycle (washer) to find a leak. Turns out the leak was an earplug that fell into the bleach/softener pan and covered the drain that goes into the basket. Easy fix, and easy teardown thanks to you.

I have this same unit only 2yrs old and have a 93 code (9 red, 3 green) on the dryer and from what I've found said control panel board on the dryer side. Replaced with new one and still have the same code no change. So I guess now I have to replace the more expensive main board and hopefully that will fix???

just so you know you can remove the dryer drum by only removing the front top 6 or 8 bolts and push up on the top lid, no need to remove the rear bolts drum will clear when lifting up then out. and that pulling out that washer tub assy complete. just lift up the tub and pull out the front bottom out first, do not do it the way you did... i have many of these...

Hello friend, good afternoon, I have seen some of your videos and they are very well done technically, and I want to know if you can help me with an instruction to fix my tower type labadore, it is frigidaire FLCE7522Aw2, the problem it has is that it does not squeeze the clothes, I take them out very wet.

How reliable is this unit? Is it worth buying one?

No . I’m single and have had it 2 years and it’s not working . I’m hoping it’s just the locking mechanism AGAIN. Never buy Maytag !!

I currently own 2 of these. 1 in my house and 1 in a rental. They are good units, but they do need repair every now and then. Our 2006 unit has needed a new belt and now a new ball mount on the rear of the drum. On the plus side, they are pretty darn easy to work on.
