Hednesford 13-4-14 Ht2 318 Rob Speak once again is the man to beat.. 107 Lee Robinson was to make Speak work in this one, managing to just stay ahead for most of the race.. However, with 2 laps to go, Speak makes his move, nudging Robinson wide to move through into the lead.. 217 Lee Fairhurst has slowly reeled in the lead pair, and was only a short distance behind.. Going into the last bend, Robinson makes contact with Speak, spinning him out of the race.. Fairhurst takes avoiding action of the sideways Speak, and in doing so makes contact with Robinson, spinning him out the race, and grabbing himself a rather unexpected race win.. 1/84 Tom Harris was forced to retire after the aerofoil became dislodged.. 515 Frankie Wainman had a strong showing in his shale car, beating many of his rivals in dedicated tar cars..
