I have never seen something like this dish before. It's quite simple too. I think I can make it right now. But what is cooking sake and dashi? What do I add instead of those?
Cooking sake is optional to remove the smell of meat. And dashi is from fish. I cannot find any alternative in India, but you may be able to find out at big supermarkets in Delhi ? 🤔

A suggestion from me. What if make small slits on the eggs. Just 1 or 2. The soy sauce will make it into the slits inside and maybe it could taste better.
