these Milani products are technically too old to be used or sold as makeup anymore... so I opened them up :)

Makeup By Em it looks like it’s all Milani, so perhaps they sell that brand’s products... similar to Avon

Ive often wondered the same thing. I figured maybe they work at Ulta or Sephora to get all the samples they have. I’m not sure about the Milani though. Ulta does sell it so could be products from a few friends working at both stores. Idk tho.. could be completely wrong lol.
