OMG these top hats are so adorable...I LOVE THEM ALL!!! Oh THANK YOU so much for sharing with us. Yes we can always exchange tops for different sizes but everyone just needs the basics. I have been making gnomes for over 2 years but I still love to see every one elses techniques. I love your style of making hats except that my dollar store doesn't carry those ice cream cups or even a lot of stuff but you got to use what you can find that also works. STAY SAFE AND TAKE CARE!
