14:00 They're trying to do what you did in a game you lost because you only had Allied tech. I think the best thing one can do as pure Allied (no engi) against these siege choppers of yours without superweapons is try to somehow infiltrate a Yuri battle lab to get Psi Commandos, turn them elite with crates and load them into BFs. They have 16 (!) range in them and each BF can mind control 5 units. Or you get Chrono Ivans and strap bombs to stuff you want to get close. You can also try to spam lots of miners as fodder or GGI BFs, but by the time you manage that, the opponent can amass even more choppers.
