    Hello Les,
I really liked your style of teaching it is very simple and easy to understand. So, with that same approach if you can make a video for a complete enterprise level project (most probably VueJS/React for front end and .Net for backend) it would be great!
    Thank you for the videos❤️.

    Hey Les,
I am a great fan of your videos. I have started learning Docker and your videos are helping me in a very great way.
I have one requirement, I have created Chabot using Microsoft Bot Framework. I deployed that chatbot to azure, but its returning dummy data. Here I have to use my SQL Server database within my company. When I give the SQL connection details in Chatbot and run it in Emulator it works fine but when I deployed the same in Azure, it gives me an error. Azure is not able to connect my In-premises database.
Do you have any way to do this?
I will be very grateful if you help.

    Suggestion to build
    1) ASP.NET CORE With React or Ng or Vue with Database and API [ with JWT autentication or watever is latest ]
    2) microservice architecture from scratch or implementing a commonly used architecture for enterprise level project
    1st is the priority

your presentation skills, personality and videos are really good. I could see this channel growing into one of the major C#/.NET channels over time. Your topics are spot on, your personality is really likable but a few things (IMO) that I would change to make it more appealing to a larger audience would be 1. The music. I think it has the potential to 'isolate' audiences. As soon as it comes on I turn it down. I find it really loud and unnecessary. Very dark too. I'd pick something 'lighter'. 2. A more polished set/production. Your graphics are excellent but your background and set is a little 'cheap' and distracting. Anyway, I hope you don't mind me sharing my thoughts. I usually wouldn't bother but I really like your style and I think you could really make a large success of this. You're really good at the most important thing - the teaching and presentation of it. I am definitely a subscriber and probably will soon become a supporter. I don't need any of the adv that the patreon membership gives but I think you must put a bit of effort into your videos which deserves a reward. I run a successful business myself and am a programmer and I have learned that changes like those which I would have ignored years ago can have a huge impact. Don't make the mistake and think it is just a waste of money. Anyway, like I said, this is my opinion only and even if you think what I am saying is ridiculous that's fine. Your video are still worth watching. Great work keep it up!

    • @binarythistle
      @binarythistle  4 года назад

Hello again KM! Thanks for the feedback - I really do appreciate it. I'm always looking to improve the production quality of the videos. The music intro I'll probably look at, if nothing else I think you're right the volume is a bit high, but I may look to change it if I find something cool.
The background is a tricky one... I'm just using my home office at the moment which as you can see is quite messy! I may put a bit more effort into the "set design" though to uplift it to something more professional. I still want to keep it personal though, and not too "over-produced". I think there's definite room for improvement though, so I' really appreciate the tips!
      Cheers,
      Les

@@binarythistle having watched a couple more of your videos..I think the background/set is just fine...It looks clean/tidy etc...agree with you that looking 'too polished' is not always ideal..the music I think I agree with you as well....maybe just turn it down a bit..but whatever, these are really not big issues at all. Your content is great and your presentation is very enjoyable..will keep watching either way.

.Net core can't be compared to Django. Django is a framework like Asp.net core. May be you can start from there by Googling the different. To my knowledge Django works with Python and Asp.net core works with C#, VB.Net, F#...
