In the one case I was a juror for, one side called a witness who attempted to renege on what he had said during an earlier deposition, repeatedly saying "I don't remember" with a smirk on his face. I wanted to ask the judge if he could reprimand this guy & maybe let him cool his heels in a cell for a while.

I predicted that Mr. Cohen would remain cool under pressure and that the defense would "lose it", emotionally. I was right. Cohen has changed on the inside. He's a man who can look back and see where he has made poor judgements about certain personalities. He can now see where his own personality was at fault. His family really loves him and that made all the difference in helping him to grow up and take responsibility. What's Trump's family all about? Certainly not love.

The defense is chock full of drama queens and I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Costello was pulled in by the defendant to try and get a mistrial. The next week or two is going to be completely ridiculous, but it'll end in a guilty verdict.

The jury saw Costello's CONTEMPT for the judge, the court and the Law. Even though they did not hear Judge Mechan's dressing down of Costello, they will take Costello's arrogance into account in their decision, and it won't be in Trump's favor.

I do not understand why these videos are edited the way they are. Segments are cut off mid-sentence, or mid-exchange. It always feels so abrupt and like there's information missing.
I was given the understanding that if you attempted to undermine the judges authority or question his acts in any way that is contempt of Court. Thus grounds for imprisonment !
