Yes be careful with the supplements, My Neice was rushed to the hospital a couple years ago due to an overtake of vitamins and supplements , it was scary . She had too much Bovine or something called Bovine in her system , I am not 100% sure what the main ingredient was that got her sick, but you have to be careful. All I know is I had to rush and take care of her kids which are my Great Neice and Nephew and it was scary.

Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, lots of fluids, tylenol for fever, chicken noodle soup, orange juice. Hope everyone gets over it fast because it is no fun! I had it right after Thanksgiving, and so did everyone that was here for dinner.
All those vitamins were suppose to work but not for everyone my son in law died and took zinc Vit D and Vit C for years and worked out and was healthy covid took him away from us!

Praying for you and the kids. Stock up on oranges. With covid people loose their taste and smell. Cut the oranges in 4 to 6 slices. Place them in a fry pan until they are chared. Remove from pan, sprinke with brown sugar. Eat warm. My taste is resuming. God bless. Hope that this can help others.
Hope your kids get better soon, my daughter just got it yesterday. I roast any kind of veggies with seasoning, onion then put in stock pot with vegetable stock and roasted garlic etc. simmer awhile then purée. It easy to have on hand when your just hungry or sick. And omg healthy 😼

Vitamins only make sense if you have a deficiency. Your body will only take what it needs and pees out the rest.
