Going for a walk after lunch is a great idea, I should start doing that. I used to try and go for a walk after work on days I WFH, but I'd usually be too tired from work, or in the winter it'd already be dark out.
January was rough, we lost 1900 folks on my end also, glad we're still kicking though, great video man loved it! I think it's super important to find some time for yourself early in the AM also.
Yeah that's definitely tough. Everyone should definitely find some time in the morning for themselves 100%.

This is one of the more realistic portrayals of a day in the life for software engineer. Home work then work or work from home and nothing else looks depressing but like everything else I'm sure you have gotten use to it by now.

It's definitely hard work to get into this field of work. I'd say you'd have to enjoy and be relatively good at coding to get into and stay in the field. Good luck!
How ,any hours u gotta work on average
8 hours a day (40 hours per week). But in terms of actual focus work, probably around 4-5 hours a day.
