Now I know who you are. You were the super hero when Hurricane Andrew came in! You helped save South Florida during it. I was in Central Florida when it came through & we heard all about you up here. Yes. You are the only hurricane specialist I need to watch. All the other weathermen come to you for advice. I am sub'in you.
I certainly remember him too. Was a GM of a Denny's in St Cloud/Kissimmee an ARMY of cars from the Turnpike heading North one way out of South Florida. When I say army I mean thousands on thousands got off ar that exit- 1st exit for Orlando. We had people sleeping all over the sidewalks, in booths, on the carpet, bathrooms, in their cars & on top of them. A few had small TVs & they were all huddled around the little TVs watching you Bryan while Hurricane Andrew was destroying their area & homes. You were the hero of that hurricane helping not only people going through it left behind- but those who were not sure if they had a home to go back to. People were crying we were giving out free coffee & food- never seen anything like this. Still gives me goosebumps when I think about it. Think you even risked your own life to stay with those left behind- if I remember it correctly. We heard about you here in Orlando. Thank you for what you did that day Bryan.
Moving due west at 16 mph at this moment means this storm system is creating its own path and weather ahead of it. For the storm to defy the forecasters predictions is a sure sign that these monsters have a mind of there own. I personally am glad for me and my family in Tampa, Fla. I have been through or have seen numerous Hurricanes living in Florida. I have camped out two times. Visited Homestead as a volunteer after Andrew and I can tell everybody from firsthand experience to evacuate and stay out of flood prone areas. You do not want to take chances with a Major Hurricane. I am so glad I found Bryan's RUclips Channel. Thank you Bryan again for your tireless forecasting.
Thank you so much for such a thorough and detailed report Bryan and for sharing with us you're thoughts and opinion so much appreciated. Praying for everyone.
Bryan Norcross. A true South Florida hero and legend! I remember being a teenager going through my first major storm in the pitch dark and really scared as Hurricane Andrew destroyed everything outside! Brian's voice kept us all calm as we listened to him over the battery operated radio! Miami would not be the same without him.
Thank you so much. We live in St. Pete Beach now, but remember you from Hurricane Andrew when we lived in the Kendall area of Miami. It's so nice to see you again.

Bryan, I live in Brooksville adjacent to the Forest. I lost my home in 2004. By Hurricane Frances and Jean..... I got hammered by clockwise winds from the north.... I hope this steers more and more west.... John
