Fun fact: If Naruto is evil he wont get to learn the rasengan and sage mode. Since naruto left to go with orochimaru and not jiraiya he didnt learn sgae mode and rasengan, which means he cant actovate the KCM1,KCM2,SPOSM,BM because he needs sage mode to activate all of those forms.
Sage mode isn’t needed for KCM, KCM2, or Baryon mode.
Also So6p doesn't need sage mode.
Where did you hear about naruto needing sage mode to use KCM?

Actually the attack on the hidden leaf would never have happened since pain would have never needed to go to Konoha. In the anime he went to Konoha for Naruto but now since Naruto is with them pain has no need to go to the hidden leaf. I also feel like Naruto wouldn't join the akatsuki since the akatsukis mission was to capture all the 9 tailed beasts and Naruto being a jinchuuriki would be a target more than an ally

Nagato hates Leaf Village. He would have attacked it regardless.
It doesn't matter because Nagato and Konan had hatred for the Leaf Village for a long time, mostly because of wars and what they have been through. He was gonna destroy it no matter what even if Naruto wasn't there.
