I love Christian Light Education for math for my elementary students. It is spiral and thorough.

Regarding Apologia Science, As far as I know, the answers for the “On Your Own” questions are at the end of each module/chapter; the answers for the “Study Guide” questions are in the Solutions and Tests Manual.
We love Apologia because is thorough, as you mentioned, but it also depends on how much your child likes science.

We have used MUS, Masterbooks and just recently made the switch to Saxon. So far we are really liking it. Love how there is so much practice and continually spirals through what has already been taught. Evan Moor has great materials for sure. Thanks for sharing. God bless .

My daughter can’t stand writing out her math problems. But she’s learned in advanced math that you have to learn the process and when she doesn’t, she makes lots of mistakes. She finally appreciates the reason behind it. Thank you for your reviews.

Oh! Thank you for mentioning that about apologia. I was planning to use it for my upcoming 7th grader. I will look into it further for more details

Hello! So we are using Horizons for math and it’s spiral for sure! On the 3rd grade level the lessons are really long but my son hangs in there and does it. Every now and then I just say do every other problem.
Also next school year I’m getting the kids Masterbooks paleontology and adding their art course it seems cool. We are going to continue adventures in the Physical world.
    I really enjoy your video

I do like Adventures in the physical world better than the life series. We did one of those last year. The paleontology looks fun.
