Then you leave in 2-3 years for a decent fee. If he joins Man United, he is not going to be playing every week. For a young player, getting regular minutes is key to development and he's more likely to do that for Forest or even Bournemouth, than Man United or Spurs. He was never going to get regular game time at spurs. So good on him for rejecting them and I would not be surprised if he rejects Man United either. He may accept them if they sell Zirkzee or Hojlund. One of those two would need to go, for Tel to have a better chance in playing. But then again, this is Man United. They'll win a trophy once every few seasons but they'll play horrible football on a regular basis
