Years and years ago I wanted to be a size zero and I couldn't sleep because my heart would pound so fast and my stomach would growl all night. It's so dangerous for your heart and bones especially at Kim's age. I had a baby and decided I did not want to push that toxic way of thinking onto my child and considering Kim has daughters I have to question how she thinks at her age this is suddenly a good idea.
