i'm just a guy in high school right now who's looking to truly understand life past all social media and really find myself before going to college. i just found your channel through your cold shower video, and let me tell you, i've only taken a 100% cold shower once before in my life, but i couldn't agree with what you said in the video better! it made me feel so much more energized and i couldn't explain why. i get like i needed to get shit done even if i was on vacation at the beach. and i loved yout video talking about social media. for the new year i wanted to delete all my social media stuff because all it adds is wasted time and negativity and then i saw your video and really saw its positive effect to ones life. i might actually try this challenge myself for a bit. but yeah writing this comment to tell you the videos you've posted really motivated me to get off my phone, start writing my day to day activities down, to start getting shit done with cold showers, and to in general to just do it in life and to become assertive with the work i continuously do. love the videos
Don't want to be cheesy or anything but I just want to say that you really need to keep these videos up. I'm at a proper conscious stage in my life and its just inspiring to see someone making effort to improve various aspects of their life as opposed to just sticking to what they are used to like everyone does.
You should have eased your way into the clean eating life style. Your body is going to have natural withdrawal from your typical day to day eating habits.
