I think Artuh Morgan deserves high honor in terms of story. So why are you killing someone asking for help? Why does Artuh become a ruthless killer because low honor is cooler, why does he talk nonsense to the people in the camp? The sad part of the story begins at the end of Chapter 4, and now that Artuh is sick, he tries to make up for his mistakes and helps people. But low honor spoils everything. But of course everyone's playing style is different.
Low honour is too painful to go through bc we all know high honour is canon. On my second play through initially I went low honour and did robberies, train stopping, murders and it was fun. Until chapter 3 onwards I went back to high honour.
Low Honor Arthur is more raw, and more bad ass, but there’s no denying that he’s also a shameless psychopath and is the epitome of pure evil at times. The game does a good job of letting you play as the “bad guy”. In the end, with Low Honor, Micah is just the “worse guy” of the two. However even that’s debatable depending on the player’s actions
High honor Arthur: I love spending time with my friends, and I like to do good deeds around town! Low honor Arthur: It’s too fucking dark I can’t see anything!
High honor also means badass. Honor is not exactly if the character is good or not. The character is bad in both honors. It just says if the character honor and he's not killing people in cold blood. That's why arthur doesn't make sense in low honor. He's mad at Dutch and micha killing people in cold blood and turning no honor thieves. Even though he's one himself. That's why micha in the end when arthur is low honor he says to him "you're not better than me morgan".
I think Arthur at low honor is more fine with killing innocent people, but at high honor he only kills people if he has to, which is still kinda bad sometimes, and the reason he's probably mad at Dutch and Micah is because at low honor he's probably a hypocrite.
Honestly the best way to play rdr2 is to play low honor first, complete game, then go for high honor and go for all the side missions that you missed the first time
