KIRA ROAD CONDITION: RESIDENTS TASKED TO GIVE IN THE LAND

Leaders in Kira Municipality have blamed some of the landlords for delaying the construction of Kiwatule -Kira -Kiwologoma road project.
This comes after some landlords refused to give in land without compensation
