The origin isn't important. Just know they do everything they can to annoy the main character. And the Azumanga character Tomo. She is one of many characters. She is special because she is particularly energetic. Practically a poster child for ADHD. And yeah, she does everything she can to annoy her classmates. This soundtrack and character are used in a mod that changes the characters in Pizza Tower to characters from Azumanga Daioh, and adds a butt load of references and jokes from that time period. The reason this sounds epic is because the music is largely inspired by the sort of music you'd hear in anime intros in the 2000's. That very karaoke type sound. This, and the fact these characters are inspired so heavily by early 2000's culture make the AzuTower mod and this soundtrack some of the coolest stuff you will ever bare witness to.
