I like that it's different... unfortunately even though I highly enjoy different (people comparing these girls to Dreamcatcher and Dreamcatcher is one of my all time fav groups), it just isn't my cup of tea. I love the uniqueness of the dance, just unfortunately I only enjoy the beginning of the chorus (where Ella graces us with her soothing voice). They are very skilled and the dance is amazing! I bet they will go very VERY far! I love the story line of the song too, love when groups incorporate a story into the song.
I agree, Dreamcatcher is my favorite group, but PIXY isn't anything like them. It's not really fair to compare them as that's just reducing them to concept, but PIXY isn't doing a rock sound. The hip hop-ish chanting part of this song in the chorus kind of kills it for me. This feels like a very performative piece that's meant to be enjoyed with the dance but doesn't really work as a song to add to your spotify playlist. (Weki Meki's debut song - I Don't Like Your GF is also a performative piece). I'm interested to see where PIXY goes with their concept and maybe their comeback will be a song that can be enjoyed without watching the performance.
@@NinjaKittkatt honestly, i think the only similar thing about them is that they do horror concept, instead of their music genre. mentioning dc also helps to promote pixy and it can attract more horror concept fans. of course, it's unfair if we compare them music-wise as they sound very different from each other
She looks fine to me. Her "horror" facial expression makes her look not even scary but like she has a neck problem haha. I think u might be seeing that. Dia does the horror expression really well but Sua doesnt really suit it.
