Anoop KN No man. Roja was AR Rahman's first film composition. Infact he was reluctant to take this offer coz he was happy and content with his advertisement works. After Rojas recording was done Santosh Sivan happen to listen to the tracks and was obviously hooked. He recommended Rahman's name to his big bro Sangeeth Sivan who was looking for a new music director for Yodha. Both Roja and Yodha were photographed by Santosh Sivan. Roja released in Aug 15th 1992 and Yodha released in Sep 1992 (it was an Onam release along with Pappayude Swantham Appoos). Hope you got it clarified now.
